Return Policy

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • All items must be returned in the original containers.

    Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All tradenames/trademarks are the properties of their respective owners. Photos may not represent actual product. Typographic errors are subject to correction. SEPS, Inc. hereby disclaims all other warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Manufacturer warranty, if any, applies; SEPS does not guarantee product compatibility.

  • Return Goods Authorization:

    Merchandise will not be accepted with authorization from customer service representative.

    Notify our customer service department with an itemized list of products, invoice number and reason for the return.

    Acceptable returned goods will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

    No return authorization or credit will be granted after 30 days of the invoice date, or for returned material that is not in resalable condition.

    All authorized merchandise returns must be sent to SEPS Graphics location.

    SPECIAL ORDER NON-STOCK ITEMS, CUSTOM FABRICATED ITEMS, OR CUSTOM IMPRINTED BADGES CANNOT BE RETURNED.

  • EQUIPMENT IS NOT RETURNABLE

  • SOFTWARE OPENED IS NOT RETURNABLE
  • SUBLIMATION INKS, ONCE OPENED ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

    MINIMUN BILLING: $25.00 PER ORDER

    A service charge of $35.00 will be assessed for any check returned by your bank because of insufficient funds.

    A service charge on overdue accounts will be assessed at the rate of 1 ½% per month (equivalent to 18% per year) and attorney fees if applicable.

    Special order or drop shipped items cannot be cancelled more than 24 hours after the order has been placed, and are non-refundable.

    Not all stock items are inventoried at SEPS Graphics.

    Large orders or custom cut, fabricated, or special order material may require a down payment prior to processing the order.

    WARRANTY:

    “SEPS Graphics’ warranty is limited to replacement of the product only, and such warranty does not extend to the cost of any repeat labor or incidental costs.”

    Except as set forth above, Seller makes no other warranties concerning the products whatsoever.  Seller disclaims and excludes all other express warranties and implied warranties, including without limitation the implied warranties of  merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose concerning the products.  In no event will Seller’s liability exceed the paid purchase price of the products.  Buyer agrees that in no event shall seller be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

    General Returns Conditions - Applicable to ALL Returns
    1. Shipping charges are not refundable
    2. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
    3. Where a specific return period is indicated, no returns will be accepted beyond   that   period.
    4. Customer is responsible for shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring your return shipment.
    5. Please note all additional returns conditions stated below, as applicable to your return.

    SEPS Brand Supplies
    SEPS brand of supplies and consumables are guaranteed to perform to your satisfaction or they may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price.

    NONSEPS Brand Supplies
    If defective, NON-SEPS Brand Supplies may be returned to SEPS within 15 days from invoice date for exchange for the same item only.

    All Software
    If defective, opened software is returnable within 15 days of invoice date for exchange for the same software title only.

    All Printers, Heat Presses, Computer Hardware, Peripherals and Accessories
    1. If a product arrives DOA (dead on arrival), or if any product or part is defective, that product's warranty applies as specified by its manufacturer. SEPS will assist the customer in contacting the manufacturer for service or exchange.


    Products purchase form SEPS carry the applicable manufacturer's warranty (if any).   SEPS standard sales and return policies apply to all purchases. SEPS HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES; EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.

    Since SEPS Graphics did not manufacture this product, it cannot warrant that it will be free of all defects or out of date and must confirm that you understand that all warranties-expressed or implied-come only from the manufacture (s).  SEPS Graphics makes no other warranties with respect to the products it distributes and disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
